Employer + attorney recruit by the book in the relevant state (Texas and other states) plus ads, then assess U.S. applicants lawfully.
- 04 I-140 + wait for your date
Attorney files I-140 (premium available). For Vietnam, EB-3 Skilled is charged to the Worldwide column, faster than India/China.
- 05 Green card
In Vietnam: DS-260 via the U.S. Consulate in HCMC. In the U.S.: I-485 when current.
