LLK Consults ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This section explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you submit through the forms on this site, plus a small amount of technical data for security.
- Candidate form: name, email, phone, education, years of experience, English level, a Google Drive link to a resume, and how you heard about us.
- Employer form: company name, contact person, email, phone, role(s) needed, number of positions, state/location, wage range, and job description.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and anti-spam, via Cloudflare Turnstile and a honeypot field.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you, assess EB-3 Skilled eligibility, match candidates with employers, and provide consulting. It is not used for anything else.
Sharing & processors
Information is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We may share it with licensed immigration attorneys and with a partner employer or agency, strictly to provide the service. We do NOT sell personal data.
Resume links
You control sharing of your own Google Drive link. You can revoke access to that link at any time from within Google Drive.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the consulting relationship or as required by law. You may contact us to request deletion of your data.
Your choices & rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@llkconsults.com.
Cookies
This site uses minimal, essential cookies only. We do not use advertising trackers.
Our email runs on Google Workspace. We do not control Google’s policies. Please review Google’s own privacy policy if needed.

Our role
We act as the employer’s recruiting agent. We do not buy or sell jobs or labor certifications, and we follow U.S. Department of Labor PERM rules.
Fees
No fees are due before a role is matched and an agreement is signed. Eligibility and pricing are assessed case by case. This site does not publish prices.
Content accuracy
We try to keep information current, but it may change. Please verify time-sensitive items (for example, the Visa Bulletin) with official U.S. government sources.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, USA.
